These terms are the agreement between you and Anemoia Labs Ltd ("we", "us") for the app He Texted ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What the app does
He Texted analyses screenshots of conversations you upload and gives you its reading of them, including his level of interest, possible red flags and suggestions for how to reply. The analysis is written by AI, as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Guidance, not professional advice
The app is for entertainment and general guidance. Its readings can be wrong, and they are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or psychological advice. If you feel unsafe in a relationship, contact the emergency services or a support service in your country.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 to use the app. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. What you upload
You keep ownership of the screenshots and photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you. Only upload content you have the right to share, and do not use the app to harass, threaten or expose anyone.
5. Subscriptions
Some features need a He Texted Pro subscription. Payment is taken by Apple from your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the app, or upload anything containing malicious code. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
7. Our content
The app, its design and its content belong to Anemoia Labs Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law.
8. Liability
We provide the app as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app's readings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the consumer law of your country gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
